A new hard cover in leather and embossing for an edition of Rainer Maria Rilke’s collection of Letters to a Young Poet, that were written from 1902 to 1908. This book makes part of a series of "recycled" books, that get new and more personalized cover designs. The aim is to create a more unique relationship to an object that originally is massproduced.
In this case, the typographic design is a quote from the text, and its form seeks to resemble the act of looking inwards.
